How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Please allow up to 2 weeks during non-peak times and up to 3 weeks during peak times. Small events have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks.
What should we wear?
Choosing the right attire for your photography session can elevate the visual narrative of your photos. Opt for clothing that reflects your personal style while considering the mood and setting of the shoot. Solid colors or subtle patterns tend to photograph well, avoiding busy designs that may distract from the main focus. Coordinating outfits within a color palette can create harmony among group shots, while layering adds depth and visual interest. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable, allowing your authentic self to shine through the lens.
Where should we have our session?
If you have a location you love, or that means something to you personally, I'm happy to work with you in your happy place. If you don't have a place in mind, I have a list of places that photograph beautifully and are usually off the beaten path. I'm happy to send my list over to you once booked so you can choose a spot that best fits your vision.
How does the process work?
1. Book your session
Reach out on my contact page, or shoot me an email at nichole@nicholebpphotography.com. Let's get your date in my books!
2. Sign Contract
After we decide on a date, I'll email over a link for you to confirm your booking. A $100 retainer is required to save your date. This is never an additional fee and will be applied to your Collection total. Please note that due to high demand, dates are only held for 48 hours without contract and retainer.
3. Picture Day
Session times are usually set to make sure we have the best lighting for golden hour. It's important to show up on time so we get as much time out of your session as possible! Don't sweat the small stuff and let's relax and have some fun together!
4. Photos & Prints
After your session, your gallery will be emailed over to you. Instructions will be given in the email how to order prints and digitals. If you would prefer a phone call, or a video ordering session, please let me know and I'm happy to accommodate that for you!
